'For the Love of Food'
One goes through life eating, drinking, appreciating what is served on their plates. The appetizer, the entrée or the dessert, are chewed and digested.
But one does not always appreciate the process nor the Grand Finale of what has been bestowed upon them. Food is being cut, torn apart, separated, pealed. Not all of it ends up in one's stomach, as it is tossed into the bin of biodegradable doom.
The scenes which compile in the bins, are looked upon in disgust and being avoided due to the aroma of decomposition. But eliminate one sense, and here lie in front of us colorful compositions and beautiful detail.
